Shipping Policy
We do our very best to process and ship each item as soon as we can. Items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days once we receive the order. Orders may take longer to process, especially during high-season periods. We use major carriers as our primary shipping providers.

Shipping Services & Times

  • Economy Ground: Typically takes 5–10 business days to arrive once processed and shipped.
  • Standard Ground: Typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive once processed and shipped.
  • 2nd Day Express: Typically takes two business days to arrive once processed and shipped.
  • Overnight Express: Typically takes one business day to arrive once processed and shipped.

A tracking number will be sent by email so you can track your package once the order is shipped. In some cases we may ship in multiple packages. Some products ship directly from a vendor’s warehouse (see product page for “Availability”). Additional shipping fees may apply. International shipping, express shipping and store-pickups are not eligible for items that ship directly from a vendor’s warehouse. Please note we do not process or ship items on Saturdays, Sundays or on major holidays. Some items may not be eligible for express shipping. Shipping charges are subject to change.

48 Contiguous States Shipping Rates
We offer Ground and Express shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. For orders under $150, a $5.95 handling fee is added. For orders over $150, an $8.95 handling fee is added.
Ground shipping rates based on order subtotal:
Economy Ground

  • $0.00–$50.00: $5.50 + handling
  • $50.01–$100.00: $6.50 + handling
  • $100.01–$200.00: $8.50 + handling

Standard Ground

  • $0.00–$50.00: $6.50 + handling
  • $50.01–$150.00: $8.50 + handling
  • $150.01–$200.00: $14.50 + handling
  • $200.01–$300.00: $18.50 + handling
  • $300.01–$400.00: $22.50 + handling
  • $400.01–$500.00: $26.50 + handling
  • $500.01–$700.00: $29.50 + handling
  • $700.01–$850.00: $34.50 + handling
  • $850.01–$1,000.00: $39.50 + handling
  • $1,000.01–$1,500.00: $49.50 + handling
  • $1,500.01–$1,750.00: $59.99 + handling
  • $1,750.01–$2,000.00: $69.99 + handling
  • $2,000.01–$3,500.00: $89.99 + handling
  • $3,500.01–$5,000.00: $249.99 + handling*
  • $5,000.01–$7,500.00: $299.99 + handling*
  • $7,500.01+: $399.99 + handling*

For Economy Ground we choose the cheapest shipping service, and in many cases the final leg may be via US Postal Service. Economy Ground is reliable but may be slower than Standard Ground.
For Standard Ground we select the cheapest service that does not use the US Postal Service during any leg of the route—the result is typically faster than Economy Ground.
Tree bundles, large resin pieces and other exclusions apply. Shipping rates may change at any time.

Christmas Trees
Shipping fees for Christmas trees are based on real-time carrier rates. We only ship Christmas trees to the 48 contiguous states. Express shipping is not available for orders that include Christmas trees.

Drop-Ship Items
Some items on the site ship directly from a vendor’s warehouse. You’ll know if a product is a drop-ship item by checking the “Availability” section on the product page. Drop-ship items are not eligible for express shipping, international shipping or store-pickups. Processing time is typically longer for drop-ship items. Tracking information will be sent once available.

International / Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Rates
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and also internationally to Canada and Europe.* All items shipped internationally depart from the U.S. All domestic and international orders are processed in U.S. dollars. All shipping & handling fees, taxes and brokerage fees for international orders will be included in your checkout total. These fees will then be billed to StockingGlow. Please note: international shipping is significantly more expensive than domestic shipping. Free shipping promotions and/or discounts do not apply to international shipments.
Items shipped internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii require additional processing time. Express shipping is not available for these orders. Some items are not eligible for international shipping or shipping to Alaska/Hawaii.
