Return Policy
We want you to know that your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you don’t love what you purchased from us, you’re welcome to return most items within 30 days of the purchase date. We’ll gladly assist you along the way. Here’s some helpful information about our return policy:

  • We do not accept returns after December 24 (even if within 30 days).
  • All sales are final on discounted seasonal décor from the previous season.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is our error.
  • In-store pickup charges are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is our error.
  • A USD 10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund unless the return is a result of our error.
  • Refunds will be sent to your original form of payment once items are received.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 days to process once we receive the item.
  • All items must be returned in new or like-new condition, complete with their original packaging.
  • All items must include the original invoice.
  • We reserve the right to reject items that are ineligible for a return.

Return Process
To return an item for a refund, please use our returns portal at www.stockingglow.com and follow the steps. After selecting the items and quantities you wish to return, a prepaid return label or QBR code will be generated for you to use to ship items back to us. Once we receive the return, we’ll issue a refund less any applicable shipping fees to your original form of payment. Refunds typically take 5-10 days to process once we receive the items.

Please note: We do not accept returns from December 25 to July 4 the following year, as orders placed on or after December 25 are not eligible for a return. Once an order is placed, you may cancel it as long as it has not shipped from our warehouse. Use our cancellation form at www.stockingglow.com if you would like to cancel an order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll take care of it. We’ll cover the shipping costs for both the returned item and the replacement item.
To request a refund or get a replacement for a damaged or defective item, please complete the form at www.stockingglow.com and include your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item(s). A member of our team will respond to you promptly.

We can only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items from December 25 to July 4, as we do not accept returns for refunds during this period.

Incorrect Items
If we shipped the wrong item, just let us know. Use the form at www.stockingglow.com and include the order number and a photo of the item you received. Once we receive your request, we’ll email you a return label for the incorrect item and ship the correct item to you.

Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, fill out the form at www.stockingglow.com and include your order number and the missing item. We’ll handle it from there.

Christmas Tree Returns
Returns of Christmas trees require authorization from our team. Christmas trees are returnable if they are in the original, unopened box and within 30 days of the order shipping date. We do not accept returns on Christmas trees that have been opened. All other rules described under “Return Policy” apply to tree returns.

Drop-Ship Returns
Items that ship directly from a vendor’s warehouse (drop-ship items) do not follow our standard return policy. If an item is marked as drop-ship in its “Availability” section, the item is not eligible for preference-based returns. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect drop-ship item, please contact us within 30 days of your order at www.stockingglow.com. Include your order number and photos of the item. Drop-ship returns may take 2-3 weeks to process; delays may occur due to seasonality or weather.

International Returns
International returns are subject to different policies than U.S. returns. We are unable to provide prepaid international return labels for online orders. If you wish to return an item, or you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, fill out the form at www.stockingglow.com and include your order number. A team member will guide you through next steps.
